How to clear your cookies

Are you having trouble logging in to eBVD via portal.ebvd.org? Then it may be your cookies that cause problems. Read this guide to clear your cookies and be able to log in again.

Due to the launch of our new website, the eBVD system (the tool where you log in and create your eBVD) moved to a new address: portal.ebvd.org. This can lead to problems accessing the login page, as well as actually logging in. To solve the problem, we recommend trying the following steps:

  1. Reload the page by clicking on ctrl+shift+r.

  2. If step 1 didn't work, it's time to try clearing out your cookies for portal.eBVD.org and www.eBVD.org.
